Academy fees are structured based on a 3 Term Schedule

Term 1: September 1st – December 4th (14 Weeks)

Term 2: January 5th – March 16th (10 Weeks)

Term 3: March 30th – June 25th (13 Weeks)

Registration

  1. In order to register, players must complete and submit this registration form provided by the Academy.
  1. Term payment must be made prior to the beginning of week 2 / or within 7 days of registering for those who join the term late. If payment has not been received by the mentioned dates, players are not permitted to join training until this is completed. 
  1. Once a child has registered, they are responsible to fulfil their practice schedule for the term.  If a player cannot make a session, they are not eligible for a refund or credit for any missed sessions  (The only exception would be a long term sickness/injury, which would require a note from the child’s doctor).

Uniforms

  1. It is Desert Thistle FC policy that all new registered players must purchase the uniform package. As a part of the uniform package, players will receive:
  •  2 Uniforms : 1 Match Day Kit / 1 Training Kit (Shirt, Shorts, Socks)
  • Training Bag
  1. Players are required to wear their uniform to all practices and training sessions.

City League / ISM League / AD Development League

  1. For those teams participating in the City League/ISM League/ Abu Dhabi Development League, participating players will be billed separately, prior to the league commencing in the fourth week of September.
  2. Coaches will structure their teams in each age group in alignment with their player evaluations to ensure that each child is placed at the appropriate level.  Please note that the following components will be taken into consideration for match/league selection:
  1. Attendance at practices
  2. Attitude & application at practice 
  3. Skill and ability
  4. This does not apply to U8 festivals as all players will be selected
